They are officially a scam, it is urgent to denounce them. Originally booked a flight with them. The Flight has been cancelled, no problem, gonna ask the refund. NO WAY. It's not regular but let's accept It. Ok, i go with the discount. After 7-8 months i receive the code. Fine, i can now book another Flight, using that discount, right? Officially yes, i confirm It. It took 24hours to elaborate this. After 24 hours they send me an email saying there was an informatic mistake, in reality the Flight costed more so need to pay extra money approximately equally to the cost of the Flight, without discounts. Ah, forgot It. They send you an email which is saying you have to pay before a deadline which expired earlier than their communication! This is a complete scam, i'm going to speak with my lawyer and i'm going to destroy this Company thru all social media. See you soon, Paolo B
