Do not use gotogate for any flights.
I called and was told I would get a refund, 30 days later nothing and I asked my bank for a chargeback.
Now gotogate dispute the chargeback saying they told me I would not get a refund, a complete lie from the phone call I originally had.
Disgusting behaviour during covid time.
Avoid gotogate at all costs!
