Total scammers who have defrauded us of £1000 with ‘flexible’ tickets which are distinctly inflexible, customer service who take 2.5 hours to answer and then say they need to transfer you to another department and paid for luggage which the airline know nothing about. DO NOT USE - DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! And Skyscanner are complicit for listing them.
