Total scam. Undisclosed fees except in small print at end of lengthy document. Inconsistent policy - in small print terms and conditions saying they will not provide refunds and saying opposite in emails. Cannot contact customer service. And the supposed vouchers you automatically receive are computer code gibberish. Top to bottom - a total scam. $500 lost.
