Gotogate is totally horrible. My flight was cancelled by the airline and they are giving me the runaround on getting a refund. Been waiting for MONTHS and I don't think I'll ever see my money again. Not a legitimate company. Customer service is rude and when they give a response it's nonsense. I hope this won't happen to anyone else. SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
