Horrible experience, I bought a ticket for 140$ USD with flexibility option. I called about 10 times to make a change of date and every time they put me on hold and hang up the call. They have not been helpful to make changes. There are flights on the day of the change.
They will answer your call but won’t try to assist you. I’ve emailed and got no response. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
