Booked a flight and cancelled due to boarder lockdowns (Australia) prior to flight. Confirmed with airline cancellation, airline confirmed flights cancelled and eligible for refund and to contact provider I booked tickets through (gotogate) contacted them... giving me the run around, not giving me a refund despite having all the proof required. NEVER USE this company. If I could give less an 1 star, I would
