They are a scam. Lost my money and was stranded without a flight. I had a flight from Dhaka to Dubai through Jaipur, India. While the flight from Dhaka to Jaipur has been cancelled by the airline the next leg of the flight from Jaipur to Dubai remained on. I called GOTOGATE many times and every time requested them to change the 2nd leg of the flight according to the 1st flight they keep saying they can do nothing, I need to contact the airline. I even requested to talk to their manager or someone senior, every time the operator told me someone will call back me in 2/3 hours but they never did. They did not help at all and neglected all my requests to change and synchronise the flights. They are simply a scam, I have lost more than 600 USD for them.
