I wish I read the reviews before getting a service from them. We lost some 10 hours on the phone with no results and had to further change our booking by ourselves with extra charges. If its a direct flight with one airline maybe it can work, bur multi city with different airlines, do not get involved. I don't get they are based in Sweden, while providing third world country poor services. Never again.
