I bought 2tickets Tokyo to Kathmandu round trip ticket. In web site it was cost 150000per person but when I paid, I found it become 300000.thats how I immediately contact with customer service she is
@Sadiya_M.She is so kind. I request her to cancel my ticket, within 3 hours I got the response from Gotogate team my money is refunded. Service is quite good but cancelation charge quite high.
