They don't deserve 1 star but will not accept zero. They have to be the worst company ever. Paid for Business class flight April 2020 Malaga to Bangkok YES 2020. They cancelled due to covid and still waiting for refund. Waited 2 hours on telephone to be told they are still waiting for refund from airline. WHAT AFTER 2 YEARS. BTW I PAID GOTOGATE THE MONEY NOT THE AIRLINE ??
I strongly advise anyone booking flights to always book direct as I now do. Too many horror stories from scamming agents.
