Provided no service
Airline canceled all flights on my travel date. GotoGate never send me an email notification. Airline does not have my contact info to notify me of changes. I found out from a friend taking the same flight. When I call to rebook, they said I need to call airline myself. Airline refunded in full, per airline website, to a credit card own by GotoGate. I call GotoGate for the refund and they are changing a $40 processing fee for the refund. I never received flight service, dealt with changes myself. What service did GotoGate provide?
