The worst service! I paid extra for a flexi-ticket & have been trying to change my flight for almost 2.5 weeks; every day I'm told that someone will call me back, which they never do. They've had ample time to resolve this & now here we are, less than two days before the flight departs & still nothing. The staff are rude & no one seems to have any recollection of previous conversations. Would give them a 0 rating if I could & really don't understand how a company like this continues to operate. Save yourself the hassle!
