Dear thiefs and charlatans, I have given you every opportunity to resolve the matter swiftly, It has been over 2 months since you cancelled one of my flights, and you have not come up with any alternatives. I have even advised you to re-route the whole trip as you would see fit, but your incompetent support lead nowhere. You could not cancel and refund the trip, nor come up with an alternative, this is on you. I have paid YOU, with MY hard earned money to fly to my destination, which you at this point have stolen, as the service I purchased from you has not been delivered. As my flight was supposed to leave in 30 days, and you having resolved nothing, my only option is to take MY money back, and fly with someone else BETTER than YOU! What you are now saying, is that you intend to keep my money untill after the trip was supposed to happen, and not having been given either a trip, nor a refund, fu***ng unbelievable, disgraceful... NEVER order with GotoGate, their support is so lackluster they should be embarassed to even call it support. Cancelled my flight, and refused to refund or re-route the trip. Hence a chargeback was initiated, don't let these villanous con-artists steal your money.
