It is time to be able to write a review without giving any stars, so please work this out guys. Let me tell you, it is better to buy flights early or pay more to book directly through the airline. I have used 3rd parties before but goto gate is real rip off. They have fee’s that you do not know about until you need to know. They try to let you know that it’s in “terms and conditions” but this is not explained nor is it clear and conspicuous before making a purchase. My flight was cancelled by the airline who could not accommodate for a rebooking but a full refund, this foolish goto gate wants a piece of the pie per passenger. Rip off and fraud. Let’s get these folk out of business.
