flight booking experience on website very poor-wrong date booked by website when refund requested, a very poor communication. no time frame for refund despite of deduction as they like still waiting for refund over 28days. no personalised response but send generic same response each time you write to them. I will never use GOTOGATE again nor will recomend anyone to use.see below options as per their choice to say over 14days but I am still waiting
