My flight was canceled by the airline six months ago, and since then, I have been trying to obtain a refund. I contacted the airline, which confirmed that I am entitled to a refund and provided me with written confirmation. I promptly forwarded this information to Gotogate, yet I am still being informed that my ticket was used, and a refund will not be issued. This situation is frustrating and needs to be resolved.
