I wish I can give them 0 star. They messed up our bookings + charge us extra to change. We ended up paying $2800 instead of only $1500. We went to the airport and airline told us our booking was cancelled but we didn’t receive any notification for go to gate. We have to book hotel which cost us $200 + we missed the Pre wedding dinner ! When we called go to gate they told us “ call back an hour later ” and an hour later “ system is down call back 3 hours later “
Extremely poor customer service!!!!
