Very pathetic experience of booking flight from go to gate website. They did not told us about the need of transit visa in Germany for the flight from India to Manchester. There was no pop up for showing transit visa requirement for the lay over of just 2 hours and in return the airline did not allowed us for boarding. We even called this website again to re-book our flight as we were ready to pay extra amount also but first they agreed to do so then refused to do it within few minutes. It was quiet disturbing night for us as we were roaming on the airport for some help but they did not provide any help and then we came back home and booked another flight of next day. And now they are not giving us any kind of refunds also. Don’t ever use this website to book any flight
