TheY gave me the wrong phone number to call resulting in 900+ in long distance fees. On top of that, the problem that they were tasked with fixing was NEVER solved. I had to wait until the LAST 12 hrs before my flight for it to be fixed by ME! And then they said, "its not our problem" when I ask for them to help me with the phone bill as it was their fault.
