Terrible company. Their website and system is messed up and when we tried to book it wouldn't go through many times and finally it got the name of our infant's ticket wrong, although we checked the data we inputed several times. We have been calling them trying to get the issue fixed for 3 weeks but they keep giving us the run around and after hours on hold, we were told they were going to fix the issue with the airlines and that we would receive a response within 24 hours but we didn't receive anything - and then had to call again and again and still no help.
