If you have a problem they let you down, the worst customer care ever!
My specific case: I booked a flight including additional check-in luggage with them, but when I checked the airline website there was no mention of the additional luggage. I contacted them, they made the booking not I. The answer: go and solve it yourself with the airline!
What a customer care! I will never use them again!
