Disgusting, terrible customer service. I can't fly to NY from London due to COVID 19 restrictions. I called them they said call the airline, I did, airline said call ur third party as they have to cancel it. Now trying to call gotogate number - it says cant take call at these times. Feed up. Such a bad company with no conscious of treating people in such a global pandemic. Also they say on the website to call them -but funnily enough they haven't put a number which connects to there call centre.
