I did book flight 20/Feb/2020 and on 20/March tried to cancel my trip during the state of emergency in Ontario, Canada. Send five emails , only to cancel my trip and only automatic email was the respond. Today is 27/March only four days to start my trip and no Answer. 01/April return 06/April
Tree days in a row called the number 1-888-829-8699 (toll free) and Waited 3-4 hours .... nobody answered.
I need a help just to cancel my trip and receive the cancelation note ..... nothing VERY VERY VERY
