THE WORST AGENGY EVEEEER! PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
After waiting 45 minutes on the line, to talk with the supervisor, they let me talk alone. Also they are charging almost 50% from my ticket if i want refund after my flight was cancelled due to Covid-19. AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!
