Never ending waiting queues on the phone. When they pick up the signal is just crappy you can't even hear the other person on the phone. The only thing they do is to say "send an email" but not really solving anything. Really just a BAD SERVICE, I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY TICKETS WITH THEM.
