DO NOT BOOK WITH GO TO GATE WEBSITE !! THIS IS A SCAM !!!! my flight was canceled, i called to go gate customer to rebook or get a voucher or a refund ( according to the agent, i called a total of 7 times, every time I was transferred and put on hold for 1, 2 and even 3 hours. this company is a scam, they take your money and never answer the calls or play games. as I am writing this review, the agent just told she is checking my reservation, i have been on hold for now 40 minutes, i know she will never pick up again, I guess I will hang off the phone. i think i just lost $ 700 !!! SCAMMERS
