I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I purchased a ticket for my son that was later cancelled.
I've waited many hours on the phone, and a few times after a long wait, I got to somebody!!!! but this person would eventually pass me on to somebody else who invariably would never respond.
I also paid extra money for flexible ticket and Airhelp plus flight delay compensation but so far nothing. A complete rip-off.
So far, no refund, no changed ticket, no voucher, no reply, no solution, just hours on the phone on hold.
