Bad contact service !!! Yesterday I was informed that my Alitalia flights of 15 July, from London to Catania, were canceled. I spent hours on the phone, they moved me from one department to the other, keeping me waiting. In the end I had no answer, I wrote an email and I hope m money will return. Otherwise I will proceed with the complaints!
