Simply terrible and unprofessional. I had booked a flight on Gotogate for a flight from Adelaide to Melbourne for 30th July. The flight was cancelled. On the first call to Gotogate, I was told that even though the flight was cancelled by the airline, I would not be receiving any refunds. Since then, they have ignored all my calls and emails. Deplorable!!
