Inefficiency, poor time management, lack of proactive solutions to rudimentary cases, nonexisting customer satisfaction advocacy, insufficient knowledge of English language. I lost airline ticket worth of~ 40 USD. Truly, it is absolutely meaningless to me. However, if a customer is determined to look up websites, where Etraveli Group promotes itself, and spread a word about their mismanagement of resources, for such an insignificant amount of money, that should give you an idea about whom you are about to deal with, if you choose to make a business with them.
