Absolute joke
The man I spoke to today Raul Rao (apparently senior associate schedule change) does not know what his job description is. All he kept saying was ‘yes yes yes’ and did not listen whatsoever. It’s like talking to a wall or worse. A wall would probably show more empathy.
Will never use gotogate because of the constant misleading information I was being fed. Wasted my time calling and emailing.
