Horrible unhelpful company.
Couldn't use the insurance included in their charge because I had a "glitch" with my credit card. Had to pay rental company for an alternative, so asked gotrental for a refund of the unused insurance. Their reply - it wasn't included. That despite it stating so on their invoice/voucher, including even stating the (exorbitant) excess. They just denied it existed and basically said go away.
