After receiving a counterfeit claim from Amazon, I did everything I could and submitted whatever invoices I have, provided supplier details, and even did a video interview....only to be hit with a suspension under Amazon’s Unsuitable Goods Investigation Policy.
Despite procuring authentic products from authorized suppliers, Amazon’s decision seemed final. After months of going back and forth with no success, a colleague referred me to Jerome Basilio and Maricris Elic.
