I've had nothing but positive experiences with the Goulet Pen Co. I've called and emailed with questions and they are always right on and helpful with their replies. I had issues with 2 Conklin nibs and Adrianne gave me a suggestion about how to fix the problem myself and said if it didn't work she'd send out 2 new nibs. Her fix worked much to my delight. Also so many good videos. Great company and always helpful.
