Delivery was never received by the intended person,but rather was delivered to an address with same street name in next suburb. Enquiries to your service yielded a photograph of the doorstep which was incorrect but little interest shown in locating the goods to the correct person. Follow up with Star Express to enquire if the wrong recipient had contacted them was done by myself and no one at your service thought beyond what the computer was telling them. My enquiries will continue in an attempt to get the goods to the person who was suffering from a mental illness exacerbated by being in lockdown. Will I use your ‘service’ again? Probably not. A pity because it is such a lovely concept,
