“Although the Gourmet Box was of high standard, there was a problem with delivery which was not done on the promised date. There was food in the box which could spoil. After 3pm phone calls were made to the couriers querying the whereabouts of the gift and we were advised that it would not be delivered after all. After explaining the situation of there being food in the box requiring refrigeration, they said they would advise the depot to ensure that it would be placed in refrigeration overnight until it was delivered the next day. Summary:- Not delivered when tracking advised, causing potential problem with the contents.”

“Disappointed that the item didn arrive on the requested delivery date. After over an hour back and forth non the phone and emails it worked out it hasn't even left the warehouse. Helkd everything up and had to readjust work schedules to have someone here to receive it. Not sure I would purchase again”
