Would be a 5 star however basing this 4 star review on my latest experience. The messaging for the card came incorrect as I should have had custom template saved but all good. Hopefully this can be avoided moving forward. I have still received 5 star service prior from GB and will continue using your service. Margaux from your team is incredible and very prompt with her replies and service. The branded box and ribbon is great along with the presentation of items inside. Well Done.

What great products available! An amazing basked was able to be created and was much appreciated by the recipient. The ordering process was a little tricky when one too many products were added to the basket it wouldn't let them be removed easily resulting in the order having to start from scratch again.

The basket was great. The delivery was rapid. No complaints there. When I was looking specifically for a basket, it was for someone who had been ill in hospital. I was looking for something similar to what I eventually got, but without the cup and a better variety of teas! By the time you are older, you usually have a favorite cup, so that was superfluous to need. But I could find that nowhere! This is just a suggestion if you are looking to improve your presentation in the future.

We had a little delivery mix up but an email sorted it out very quickly and the delivery to our friends was on time and was absolutely loved. From the packaging to the gourmet food - it was really a treat for our friends.

They loved the gift basket. The delivery of the items were poor. The goods were delivered at 5.20pm when no one was around so we had to go pick up the items from the post office. Surley delivery should be between working hours, if it is going to a business?

As per our terms and conditions, if a delivery location is closed, our hampers are taken to the post office for safekeeping until the recipient can collect them. I understand from the recipients that the basket was excellent. It did arrive 2 days before we expected as when I ordered it there was a 2-5 business days delivery but it arrived the next day and the recipients were not at home

very good customer service. I had issues with online order as addressed not recognised but managed to speak to customer service and order over the phone. Online address recognition needs to be improved.

Baskets and delivery were exceptional - website was very slow and had issues, took a very long time to order and process payment. I had multiple purchases which I had to input individually...not good.

Easy to order and hampers well displayed so you could see what you were getting very clearly. Prices very fair, and responses quick. Recipient pleased with the hamper, tho I ordered two and one was delivered a few days early. Definitely recommend and would use again.

The hampers are of very decent quality and beautifully packed. Friends who received them were very happy with it. The only reasom I didn't give them a 5 star is related to administrative issues . I had reached out immediately after realising I had somehow selected the wrong hamper in the hope of changing the order before it was sent out. Even though they sent an email acknowledging my request to change the order, the hamper was nevertheless sent out before I had a chance to reply. On a couple of other occasions, promises to call back were not followed up.

I'm pleased with the items I placed in the basket but your website was difficult to negotiate. When I put too many items in the basket I couldn't simply take things out. I had to restart my purchases several times. I had wanted each basket to be slightly different but in the end it was just easier to duplicate the basket I had finished.
