The Barvarian Brie was like rubber, the green olives hard and chewy, the pink ones mushy(2 packets of olives) - I found nothing gourmet about the box I was given.

Unfortunately your website doesnt allow for collection of phone no. for person receiving the delivery. This meant the delivery was several days late as the parcel was taken to local post office for the giftee to collect

Price changes from advertised price to a big price hike, with no other items added. Also if ordering two items it will only let you add one gift card. Two items two presents different people. So had to order one item and add the gift card. No the next item shows a big hike in price. Why ?

The basket was great except you forgot to include my mothers day card so the gift was delivered without the card which was disapointing.

Pretty sure I indicated the delivery address but was surprised the package came to my address instead.

The basket was great but I paid extra for delivery on Valentine's Day as per website... only to have the hamper arrive on a different day.

according to the gift recipient, the basket itself was great, most of the contents were lovely. But is was not shipped in any kind of insulated container with a cold pack. so the cheese was iffy looking, and the chocolates were melted beyond recognition.

The hamper presentation and items contained are fabulous. The method of delivery, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Delivering chocolate on a 40 degree day by Australia Post guarantees the entire contents of the hamper will be very hot and melted. Not great when the hamper is delivered to gift to a loved one in person.

Basket arrived on time and recipients enjoyed. However, the card was not delivered with the hamper and they were unaware of who sent it.

Delivery partner let you down, delivery was left in the foyer - not delivered directly to unit as addressed. Lemons and Limes in a fruit basket wasn't ideal, not something you can consume on either own.

The basket was OK. We expected a cheese to be delivered - the booklet guide on how to select a cheese was extremely over priced and not worth the value. The biscuits was well over priced too. NOt worth the value for money

I was upset about the delivery of my gourmetbasket. I had covid the week of my sister's birthday prior to Mother's Day and decided to send her a gourmet basket as I couldn't see her. Unfortunately, even though I paid for delivery to be on a day of choice the delivery driver did not deliver to her door - this is one of the reasons I selected a basket so it would get delivered to her. She had to go to the post office and pick it up so she didn't get it on her birthday.

Everything seemed fine however I didn't get any email confirmation of the hamper being delivered. I had to follow up myself which took some of the convenience out of it for me.

Custom basket contents are overpriced - the overall markup is about 50%. The basket didn’t arrive on the scheduled delivery day of Friday, and instead arrived the following Monday.

I was not satisfied with the way of selling online. They charged me more for the product to arrive earlier and it did not.
