The basket was OK. We expected a cheese to be delivered - the booklet guide on how to select a cheese was extremely over priced and not worth the value. The biscuits was well over priced too. NOt worth the value for money

I was upset about the delivery of my gourmetbasket. I had covid the week of my sister's birthday prior to Mother's Day and decided to send her a gourmet basket as I couldn't see her. Unfortunately, even though I paid for delivery to be on a day of choice the delivery driver did not deliver to her door - this is one of the reasons I selected a basket so it would get delivered to her. She had to go to the post office and pick it up so she didn't get it on her birthday.

Everything seemed fine however I didn't get any email confirmation of the hamper being delivered. I had to follow up myself which took some of the convenience out of it for me.

Custom basket contents are overpriced - the overall markup is about 50%. The basket didn’t arrive on the scheduled delivery day of Friday, and instead arrived the following Monday.

I was not satisfied with the way of selling online. They charged me more for the product to arrive earlier and it did not.

The recipient of this gift loved it however there was a problem with my order, it had not been processed. I called 3 days after the due delivery date and was only offered an apology, not even an upgrade on my hamper. My ordered hamper was eventually delivered a week late. It was a sympathy hamper so I was disappointed that it wasn’t delivered in the week of the funeral. I also thought that the hamper was over priced.

The basket is lovely, however the website did not specify that it would be dispatched from Sydney. I had thought it would be dispactched from my city (via a supplier network), therefore it took longer than anticipated to reach the recipient. Further, the courier left it in front of the wrong apartment, so the recipient had to go looking for it after we asked a few days in if she had received it yet. Overall not a positive experience.

Nice gift baskets, delivered on time. Shipping charges are very expensive at 20% of the cost of the gift! Will not be using this service again.

I incorrectly duplicated the order. The customer service people were quick to contact me and confirm my error and told me they would arrange a refund for the duplicated order. All good so far . . . still waiting for the refund!

For this reason I am giving you an overall rating as 6. As for "Who made the delivery" - how would I know what form of delivery was used as the delivery is managed by GB. This selection is just because of your tracking.

Seemed a long time from ordering and paying fir this item until it was delivered. But finally it arrived in tact on Friday 9th December so I’m happy that this long distance Christmas gift for my son & daughter-in-law has finally arrived. Thank you.
