Booked ahead of time. It didn’t arrive on requested day. Followed up. They said it would arrive the next day (refunded delivery fee), next day it still didn’t show. Called them again… they apologised, said they’d get back to me. I received an email later that day saying it would arrive the following day. It did.

oversize priced for sample sized snacks and refreshments. the only good things is delivery was as promised and nice packaging but low value for money overall.

My my loved the gift. I don't know who made the delivery, but you would have got 5 out of 5 if the delivery person had actually knocked on my friend's door instead of just leaving on the doorstep.

Put an order in for a specific day of delivery however it arrived very late the next day and they did not check that someone was home. After receiving an email notification that it had been delivered that next evening, I checked with my gf that the hamper had arrived. She checked the front door and it was there, a day late and driver not checking that someone was home to receive it.

during your checkout, you asked if there is a preferred delivery date on the birthday gift and i clicked 15th june 2021 on your calendar and even stated clearly if possible to do your best to deliver on 15th june 2021 at your additional customer note too since it was my uncle's actual birthday. i purchased the birthday gift in advanced on 4th june 2021. however, the birthday gift was delivered to recipient (my uncle in WA) on 11th june 2021 based on the tracking email which was kinda disappointing as if you do not comply or are unable to meet the requirements as per your customer's request as stated or informed, then why should you even bother to ask your customer to select a preferred delivery date when it is still available for me to click on your calendar. maybe you should try to look to improve it. thanks.

Paying $17 for delivery I would have expected it to be delivered the day after it was ordered but it took 2 days to deliver into the city of Brisbane

I didn't have an option to personalise my voucher. When I phoned the lady didn't know much about the process of vouchers.

Disappointed that this was delivered so early. I had opted for the 7th as I could not get a date closer the Mother’s Day, it was delivered on the 4th. Otherwise contents was perfect thanks.

Disappointed this is the second time my basket has not been delivered on the right day of even close to the right day. I ordered early so plenty of time.

The service and the website before the delivery was poor but the product was reasonable well the parts that arrived. Couldn’t have the order I originally was able to put through due to weight restrictions so shouldn’t have been able to order if it couldn’t go through. I mean really do 2 baskets is the delivery guy on bicycle this day and age very disappointing.
