It seems to me that the packaging can be improved by using different colour of the ribbon chosen by the customer. Using black ribbon for festive occasion is not appropriate.

The basket was delivered earlier than requested which was disappointing. I particularly chose the basket with the koko black chocolates & was unable to access my email advising they were not available - I was out of range in a remove area. I suggest that the website shows items unavailable to avoid this. Having said that Janet was very happy with her gift & said the box was beautiful. regards, steffi.

We were disappointed that the gourmet basket which we'd stipulated to be delivered on 10/09 arrived on 7/09. Our friend was to receive a coffee machine for his 50th on 10/09 however the surprise was foiled by the coffee beans turning up 3 days earlier. :(

Good sized hamper with quality products. Delivery was 2 days after the time advised when the order was placed.

Product was great and very well received. They delivery times frames needed to be explained before I ordered though as it was not delivered in time.

I was surprised at how little was in our basket compared to another company we have been dealing with. Sorry but we will go back to the other company. Also I did not appreciate the messages that said you could see I looked at your basket and didn't buy one when I had already ordered one. You need to upgrade your programme.

I don't know if the birthday girl liked the basket, she hasn't opened yet. I asked for it to be delivered on the 7th September when her birthday is. Maybe you don't take notice of the required delivery date. I am sure it will be nice when it does get opened though.

I wanted to send a gourmet package to my son who lives in Sydney NSW 2010. The order form was difficult to use, many times trying to reject my information. I did contact a person there and she said it would be worked out. Well, we got charged for 2 of the Gourmet Hampers, because one got recalled from the Newcastle Area and the original order was delivered to the original Sydney address. One of the Gourmet Hampers should have been returned to stock at no extra charge to me not both delivered to Surry Hills in Sydney and I had a full second cost charged to my credit card - which should not have happened as I did not order 2 Hampers. We are aged pensioners and this sort of extra fee hits us hard. You have not dome the right thing by us, and as such, we will not buy from you in the future.

Still payed the extra delivery cost that was for same day delivery even though it was after the time and wasn't delivered same day.

Disappointed specifically called and spoke to someone to make sure basket could be delivered to Melbourne on Friday they said no problem. Basket was in transit from 12:30 Friday but delivered to my friends neighbour who didn’t see it till Sunday morning and dropped it round. Disappointed 😔

yeah look, I usually order from gourmet basket and it’s usually good but this time however, it wasn’t. Package was supposed to arrive on the 14th of August and it’s the 17th currently and it still hasn’t arrived.

I was wrongly charged for the same/ next day delivery when the gift was asked to deliver a week later. When I realised the mistake, I rang the office to sort it our but the available options was limited: eg there is no store credit as I am not allowed to get credit back to my account; 2. adding more good in the gift basket was limited as some "men only" items was running low and could not guarantee the availability.

For some reason the delivery was incorrectly addressed or read wrong and therefore didn’t arrive on time the order clearly stated 87 as the street number but the driver thought it was B7 which was only sorted when I called the following day to when it should have been delivered and then was followers up and delivered annoying as it was a special birthday and my contact number was on the order so a simple call to check would have been better than me chasing the parcel not ideal first experience

It was presented beautifully but on seeing it I believe it was way to expensive for what my daughter received I know I added the Bollinger which was expensive BUT there could have been a few more items for the price.
