I'm happy with the presentation of the gift basket and my father in law liked it. However I'm very disappointed with the length of time it took to deliver (with no correspondence to advise the delayed delivery). I was told it would be delivered on the 5th of May but it wasn't delivered until the 6th of May! I did send an email to ask if the basket could be delivered on the 4th of May and I was advised by Rachel "Unfortunately we are unable to change your gift delivery date as the earliest this would arrive would be for the 5th May." with no explanation offered as to why. The basket I chose was quite expensive as it was a very special gift for my father in law. I know I left my order to the last minute and we're in a pandemic but the delay wasn't satisfactory. As a comparison: after I ordered a basket from your website I went to a UK website to order one for my sister living in the UK and it was delivered two days later (on a Saturday). Would appreciate an explanation for the delay or I regret I will not be utilising your service again.

Pretty good service although the gift I selected where not available friendly staff rang me to advise and alternatives where found

Delivery and quality was great. However I paid for a 750ml bottle of Moët and recipient only received a 200ml bottle. Please let me know how this can be rectified. Also received macadamia biscuits instead of chocolate. Thank you.

The whole reason I ordered this hamper was because it was supposed to come with a animal print tea cup. Came with a plain pink cup. Very disappointing

No complaints about the actual hamper, but really disappointed and major issues with the delivery. This was purchased as a gift, I live in the UK, my son in Sydney. I was hoping it would be a nice surprise, but alas, no! After receiving several emails from the courier stating the hamper had been dispatched and delivered I contacted my son, to find out he had not received it (bang goes the surprise). Then told it had been delivered to a ‘Daniel’ no idea who Daniel is, but thought at least he’s going to have a nice surprise! Eventually, the hamper arrived ~ yeah. I suggest you change your courier.

Gift basket arrived as per description however was delivered a day earlier than the requested delivery date which was disappointing. I guess early is better than late, but would have been nice to have it delivered on the Friday not the Thursday.

The ordering process was great. I was told the basket could be delivered the following day. I requested the delivery to be in 3 days time, certainly allowing enough time for that to happen. It did not arrive until a day AFTER I requested, when I rang to find out why there was a delay in delivery there was no real reason given. Very disappointing

Basket was great but delivered a day late, which was very disappointing as it was needed on the Friday (not the Monday) when it was delivered.

Hi - I actually have no idea if the basket I ordered was ever delivered, so I can't honestly answer the questions you have posed below. The recipient didn't respond (not really expected - it was a business acquaintance) and I received no notification from your company to let me know that it had been delivered. I think that this would be a handy addition to your service in future - to tell the sender that the basket has been delivered. Thank you.

Unfortunately the gift did not arrive on the date requested despite plenty of notice being given to allow for any unforeseen delays. The company did refund the delivery cost but not quite the point when you arrange a surprise birthday gift.

but, I asked for a message to be included as the box was going to our friends in lockdown in a Sydney hotel. No message was attached. This was disappointing. They did not know who the box was from.

Delivery time was great. I was disappointed with the miniature snack type products. The chips were personal sized packs, which was ok but I don't know where you found such a little Jerky pack and the jar of nuts was tiny.

My issue is that the basket was not delivered on Tuesday 10 March; rather it arrived on Thursday 12 March.

Products were great - tasty & hi quality. Quantity was very poor for the price - minimal amount in a too large box padded out with packing paper.

Dear Gourmet Basket - I have no idea if they liked their basket or if they have in fact even received it? Upon purchasing, your website stated it would send me a message when the gift had been delivered. I have still not received anything to say that actually happened. I am too busy to pursue these kinds of things and just have fingers crossed that it was delivered and that we'll hear from the recipient at some stage.
