I was happy with delivery but no so much with the $11 bottle of wine. I should have looked it up before ordering

Picture showed a 2016 bottle of bin 389 but recipent received a 2017 bottle. Need a warning on the site if you can't provide exact years etc.

The hamper was sent as a gift I never saw the contents but the recipient wasn’t impressed especially when aware of cost. They did say the wine was very nice

I was very disappointed that the basket didn't arrive on the date specified. It didn't even arrive in Melbourne until the end of the day it was supposed to be delivered. I was disappointed on behalf of my elderly mother who was eagerly awaiting her birthday surprise. The gift itself was lovely

We ordered for Thursday. They rang and said that they could only deliver on Wednesday. And then it actually came on the Tuesday (two days before we actually wanted it). Not ideal. But the product looked good and fancy.

Your website wouldn’t let me override to next day delivery and continued to charge me for same day delivery even (which is almost double the cost). I tried calling and also attempted to use your messaging service. No response to date even though I have been overcharged.

I was disappointed that the robe was not included on the hamper due to lack of supplies however I was impressed that I was informed of the situation and a toiletry bag was substituted.

I saw it and whilst I liked it, I was not wowed. Maybe it was a poor selection of baskets but I thought for the price I paid, it be a little nicer.

Unfortunately the parcel was delivered on Saturday instead of on Monday when I had asked and the recipient wasn't home and the parcel has gone missing! I have followed up with the courier company and they did deliver it to the correct address. The recipient seems to think the neighbours have taken the parcel but they are denying it. So I can't rate the product as it wasn't received. Very disappointed with the whole experience I'm afraid.

A bit overpriced and there was too little items in the basket for the amount of packaging there was stuffed in the basket. It was underwhelming.

I'm happy with the presentation of the gift basket and my father in law liked it. However I'm very disappointed with the length of time it took to deliver (with no correspondence to advise the delayed delivery). I was told it would be delivered on the 5th of May but it wasn't delivered until the 6th of May! I did send an email to ask if the basket could be delivered on the 4th of May and I was advised by Rachel "Unfortunately we are unable to change your gift delivery date as the earliest this would arrive would be for the 5th May." with no explanation offered as to why. The basket I chose was quite expensive as it was a very special gift for my father in law. I know I left my order to the last minute and we're in a pandemic but the delay wasn't satisfactory. As a comparison: after I ordered a basket from your website I went to a UK website to order one for my sister living in the UK and it was delivered two days later (on a Saturday). Would appreciate an explanation for the delay or I regret I will not be utilising your service again.

Delivery and quality was great. However I paid for a 750ml bottle of Moët and recipient only received a 200ml bottle. Please let me know how this can be rectified. Also received macadamia biscuits instead of chocolate. Thank you.

The whole reason I ordered this hamper was because it was supposed to come with a animal print tea cup. Came with a plain pink cup. Very disappointing

No complaints about the actual hamper, but really disappointed and major issues with the delivery. This was purchased as a gift, I live in the UK, my son in Sydney. I was hoping it would be a nice surprise, but alas, no! After receiving several emails from the courier stating the hamper had been dispatched and delivered I contacted my son, to find out he had not received it (bang goes the surprise). Then told it had been delivered to a ‘Daniel’ no idea who Daniel is, but thought at least he’s going to have a nice surprise! Eventually, the hamper arrived ~ yeah. I suggest you change your courier.
