The ordering process was great. I was told the basket could be delivered the following day. I requested the delivery to be in 3 days time, certainly allowing enough time for that to happen.
It did not arrive until a day AFTER I requested, when I rang to find out why there was a delay in delivery there was no real reason given.
Very disappointing
