“Unfortunately your website doesnt allow for collection of phone no. for person receiving the delivery. This meant the delivery was several days late as the parcel was taken to local post office for the giftee to collect”

“We had a few problems with our first delivery, however your customer service team were fantastic and a replacement basket was sent to us for our friends who were celebrating their 60 Wedding anniversary. They were thrilled with the gift. I would highly recommend your company. A pleasure to deal with a company these days that has customer service high on its list.”

“I purchased a Gourmet Basket for a family member’s birthday. The product itself was fine. The issue was with shipping. I paid extra for Premium Shipping to ensure delivery on a specific day, but it arrived the following day. When I contacted Gourmet Basket, they refused to refund the Premium Shipping fee, stating that the delivery date was not actually guaranteed and that they had fulfilled their responsibility because the package left their warehouse on time. That may be their policy, but as a customer, what exactly did I pay a premium for? Because of this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Received late notification thar a product was unavailable. The hamper was not delivered on the day I requested and I received no notification as such and when the hamper was delivered the following day all chocolate products were stuck together and some discoloured - a disappointing experience”

“I placed an order on 26th February with a requested delivery date of March 6th. No one even attempted to contact me to say that would it would not be possible to meet that date. Now the recipient will not receive their gift on time for their birthday.”
