“The recipients loved the gesture of the sympathy basket however paying the extra for delivery was a waste of time as it took 4 days to arrive, the same as normal delivery”

“It isnt the first time I have used Gourmet Basket and it is always consistently good. This time in particular, they went above and beyond. They rushed through an order before a long weekend closure that would have been significantly delayed otherwise. The receiver was amazed by the gift and very grateful. “Gourmet post and packaging, Contents; not so much. The Wine: Why is the Shiraz sweet? It should be illegal to put this in a box labelled gourmet, absolutely foul. Beer Nuts: I didn’t know peanuts came this small, the skin to nut ratio is almost 50:50 Mediterranean Nuts: Ok-ish nut mix with tasteless dried herbs added for those who like a bit of hay in their nuts. Tomatoes: Didn’t receive them, got 2x olives instead. Olives: I didn’t think you could over-power the taste of olives but I’ve been proven wrong. These are mushy and have a weird lemon flavour. Whilst not pleasant to eat they are at least very effective at getting rid of the taste of the wine.”

“Fabulous basket, well received, beautifully packed even with extras added and the card was lovely too. I got to see it in person as I was visiting my recipient friends and I was very impressed. Always send GB's wherever possible.”
