“Our gourmet basket was sent in appreciation to our Vet who has worked tirelessly for our rescue dogs. The presentation was excellent and the items of food consumables were of the highest quality. A wonderful surprise for our vet who was thrilled with his gift (so was his wife).💫”

“Great team, awesome comms and really customer focussed when my initial delivery got messed up by the courier. No fault to Gourmet Basket and they really came to the party to assist and resolve. My Sis loved the hamper it was quality and a good size. Highly recommend.”

“The system let me put in a next-day delivery date, but then wouldn't let me finish the order as the delivery date cut-off had passed? Then why did you let me enter it in the first place? Bad Service! Will shop with your competitor instead.”

Without having been contacted directly at the time, it’s difficult for us to determine exactly what occurred during your checkout experience. Our delivery options are subject to cut-off times, and when these are exceeded the system may prevent an order from being completed to avoid setting expectations that can’t be met. We always encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team if they encounter any issues, as we’re often able to clarify or assist immediately.
