“Having used you service many times and been impressed however on this occazssion I had trouble ordering and found AI butler extremely frustrating I had trouble completing my order and when delivered no card was. Included as this led to the recipient unable to know who sent the condolance basket and only by default found out who sent it.”

“Our son & daughter In law loved the congratulations on the new baby news hamper . I had some questions and received help very promptly. Loved that I was able to add a few little treats in the hamper for the pending parents as well . The hamper arrived in a few days so overall would highly recommend using gourmet basket to anyone .”

“I specifically asked for it to be delivered on the Friday - I paid 6 days before. Apparently it was sent the night before and had to travel interstate and to a country town. It did not arrive in time for a very large family birthday weekend it was a gift from 4 people. It arrived the next Tuesday. When I rang to tell you I was told that Australia post tells you when to post it. Well Australia post should know it's takes days to delivery. And a company that runs by another companies timeline is ridiculous. When I spoke to the girl I asked her to pass it onto management and she said they won't really do anything g about it. So I will never buy from you again. And nor will the other 3 people. You had literally one job - get a basket to a person on a date ordered.”

“The basket was good, however, as I wanted to send it to my son for his birthday the following week, I was very dissapointed to find that if I wanted to plan ahead and set the delivery for a future date, I would be charged more for this. Given what I was spending on the basket, I found this to be a ridiculous charge.”
