“Customer Service was outstanding I had entered in the wrong address and so it was a case or redirecting the hamper to the correct address. The team at Gourmet Basket really came through and the packaged was delivred and our injured employee was grateful and happy to receive the gift. Altough it was delivered late it was actually delivered on time to the wrong address and that was all a me (our systems) problem not a Gourmet Basket issue. But they did go above and beyond to ensure the delivery was re-directed and made it do the right spot.”

“Recipient never received the parcel. It was returned to me twice. Should have been made by courier not Australia Post who are unable to deliver to hospitals”

“I have discovered my go to gift boxes! Can’t believe how fast the delivery was to my sister in Perth, from Sydney! She was thrilled to receive an actual gift from me for a change. Now that I’ve discovered this service, I’ll be back! Photo shows her daughter!”

“I made a mistake when ordering and it was impossible to contact you to rectify. The basket was despatched quicker than I had been informed therefore resulting in an unsuitable basket being delivered. Too late now......”
