I ordered a gift for a friend for her birthday and the tracking system was showing a delay in the gift due to a weather system. They were so wonderful in trying to help, they offered lots of alternatives and their manner was exemplary. The minute I got off the phone the package arrived to the house so it was a fault of the delivery firm's software, and everything worked out. The photo's I saw, it was beautifully presented 10/10 very happy and will be back.
