Basket was not able to be delivered so was sent to post office. Gourmet baskets did not notify me there was a problem, nor what the process would be. Post office contacted me and now I've had to ask the recipient to collect it from the post office. Update: Gourmet Baskets have responded to advise that the delivery driver should have left a card advising the recipient. They still don't seem to understand that in a case of non-delivery the sender needs to be advised. And I don't know if the item was damaged - but am unable to uncheck Yes without stating No, which is a fault in the website.
