I wanted to send a custom gourmet hamper. I was able to add the additional items online, but couldn't substitute the items and left a message for the support team. No one got back to me and I followed up the following day. The team member was supportive and assisted through the checkout process, however, forgot to up in a blank card and the cover on the hamper was the wrong type. Otherwise, good experience and fast delivery.
