Everything was great ….. but even though I ordered a week before the delivery date was missed (package lost in transit) so birthday present didn’t arrive on the day :( ….. however customer service was excellent and another one sent out which arrived next day. A hiccup but a good outcome in the end. The gift itself was fantastic.
