The customer service I received from Natasha was amazing! Unfortunately Star Track had failed to deliver the basket to the correct address and it ended up at the local Post Office. Their tracking device indicated that it was still at the Adelaide depot a week later. Natasha was brilliant in tracking it down and eventually the recipient was able to collect it. He was delighted with the contents.
